Unisphere supports a migration application to provide a method for migrating data from a source array to a target array.

This procedure explains how to view the migration details for a specific data migration.

To view the migration details:
Steps

Select the storage system.

Select the
Sessions tab.

Select a storage group and click
to view the
Migrations details view.
The following items are displayed:
- Capacity (GB)—Capacity of the storage group in GB
- State—Migration state
- Done (%)—Percentage complete
- Source—Source storage system - for an O-MDM migration where the source is SAN WWNs, the source field displays the serial number of the source array.
- Target—Target storage system
- Valid Components—Indication that the components are valid.
- Volumes—Number of associated volumes
- Masking Views—Number of associated masking views
- Offline—Indication (using a check) if the migration is a Minimally Disruptive Migration. No check indicates a Non-Disruptive Migration (NDM) session.
- Migration Type—If a migration is an O-MDM session where the source is SAN WWNs,
SAN is displayed, otherwise
SRDF is displayed.

View All Details
to view a tabbed view with the following information:
- A storage group tab displaying the source status and target status for each storage group that is associated with the migration.
- A masking view table displaying the source status (if available - not available for a migration where the source is SAN WWNs ) and target status for each masking view that is associated with the migration.
